What does it take to becoming the most attractive person?
For many, when responding to this question, most think it is about looks, being financially stable or being hard working. However, although these are important key components, becoming the most attractive person is far more than that.
1. Do Things that You Love to Do.
We are all so caught up with work, being at places at specific times, meetings, picking up the kids from school, that in fact, we don’t dedicate enough time for ourselves. When was the last time you went to a painting class? Or perhaps met some friends at a coffee shop? Or pay a visit to a museum? Whether you do these things with someone or alone, take a minute to book these dates for yourself in your planner. When you do the things you love, you will learn to love yourself on a whole different level. This will allow you to love everyone else freely and unconditionally.
2. Do Not Compare Yourself to Anyone Else.
She is skinnier than me. He can pick up girls in a heartbeat. She always looks glamorous. He has the latest and newest car. The conversations that sometimes go on in our mind are absolutely crazy! If we continued to compare ourselves to people, how can you expect to live a happy life? By doing so, you are investing so much time and energy in trying to be as attractive and as confident as the person next to you when in fact, you are forgetting about all your attributes and uniqueness that make you extremely attractive. Why try and be like someone else? You have everything in you that you are looking for!
3. Eat a Healthy and Balanced Meal.
What does eating have to do with becoming the most attractive person? Have you ever had your days where you just splurge in eating a burger, fries, pizza, popcorn, soda, and tons of ice cream? How do you feel afterwards? Do you still feel good looking, handsome and/or beautiful? Would you say that you feel the most confident after one of those meals? Don’t worry, most people don’t. What about after you eat a salad, or fruit, maybe a grilled chicken sandwich with grilled vegetables? How do you feel after a meal like that? Surprisingly, what we feed our bodies has a lot to do with how we feel about ourselves. The more you nourish and care for your body with the right nutrients, the more you will feel better about yourself allowing you to be the best version of yourself.
4. Exercise Regularly.
It is easy to come home, cook and sit down to watch some TV after a long day at work. You are just too tired. I get it. But if I were t o ask you, do you think that you are living the best version of yourself, how many people would say yes? Mmmmm….. probably not many. Why? You are practicing the same routine everyday and not exercising. Just like you, your body also feels miserable. It doesn’t have to hurt or ache, but on the longer -run, your body will not benefit you in any way. Allow yourself 20-30 minutes a day to go for a walk, a run, or even stretching those muscles you’ve been sitting on all day. Every movement you do, will reward you later on in life. It is never too late to start!
5. Be Confident.
You were given this life as a gift. There is no other person in the world that looks like you (unless you have a twin), acts like you, speaks like you or thinks like you. There is only ONE of you in this world. How can you make a difference? How can you be more confident in all that you do? What people think of you has nothing to do with you. People will always think both good and bad things about others but if I were to tell you that what they think of you has nothing to do with you but everything to do with them, would you believe it? I hope so, because everyone has their own perception based on what they know. There is no one else out there who knows you like you know yourself. Be the impact the world needs to see. Be the change to start a new movement. Be your authentic true self. You can only do these things with the confidence that is instilled in you! Don’t be afraid to show it and bring it forward so that you can make a difference.
